Subscriptions

Keepsake offers auto-renewable Pro subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase: monthly and yearly. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings. There is no external purchase path.

Shared Entitlement

One active Keepsake Pro subscription grants original-fidelity media, longer voice notes, unlimited capsules, memory montages, additional storage headroom, and premium surfaces to the purchaser's account and their one currently paired partner for the shared vault.

If the pair dissolves, the non-subscribing former partner no longer receives that shared entitlement. Export, deletion, and access to existing data are not paywalled.

User Content EULA

Keepsake is private one-to-one user-generated content for paired partners only. You are responsible for the content you create, upload, send, report, or export.

Keepsake has zero tolerance for illegal, exploitative, harassing, hateful, threatening, non-consensual, or otherwise objectionable content or behavior.

In-app report and block controls are available. Reports contain a reason and operational metadata. A reporter may reference an already encrypted media item, but the server cannot decrypt or inspect that vault content.

Accounts that abuse Keepsake may be blocked, unpaired, suspended, or deleted. By using Keepsake and sending or receiving user content, you accept this EULA.
